​Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:

  • UK Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • UK Express Shipping: 1–2 business days​

Tracking order

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Customs & Import Fees International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Shipping Delays Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or customs processing.

 

Fawz Luxe Boutique is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed to the courier.
